Refund policy

Returns and Complaints

At Nizio Home, your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our priority, which is why we offer the option to return a product that does not meet your expectations. You have  up to 100 days from the date of receiving your order. Returns do not apply to products made to individual order.

If you would like to use this option, please send an email to  office@niziohome.com, providing  your order number and proof of purchase. We will contact you as soon as possible and guide you through the next steps.

 

Complaints

Upon receiving your shipment, always check whether it has been damaged during transport. If the package appears damaged, we recommend refusing to accept it and contacting us immediately at:  +48 531 631 535.

After confirming receipt of the package, you may open it in the presence of the courier. If any discrepancies are found, a report will be prepared to assist us in processing your complaint.

If the purchased product turns out to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the procedure below:

  • Contact us by email at:  office@niziohome.com or by phone at:  +48 531 631 535.
  • Send the product you wish to complain about to us, including a written statement describing the reasons for the complaint, the preferred form of compensation, as well as your return address and bank account number for a refund (depending on the store’s decision). Shipping is at your expense.
  • Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you by email or phone about the outcome of the complaint process.
  • If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days from the decision, we will compensate you by repairing the product, sending a new item, or issuing a refund.
  • If the complaint is deemed unjustified, we will provide a detailed explanation of the decision and within 14 business days return the product to you at our expense.
